Terms of Service
Effective May 1, 2026
1. The Short Version
CoachCommand™ is a coaching tool. You sign up, you use it for your team. Don't try to break it, don't try to use it to hurt anyone, and don't share your account with people who haven't agreed to these terms. We'll do our best to keep your data safe and the service running.
2. Your Account
You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has accessed your account, email coach@coachcommandapp.com and we'll help you lock it down.
3. Your Data
The roster, games, reps, and notes you log are yours. We store them in Supabase (US-based) so we can show them back to you. We don't sell your data. We don't use it to train AI models for third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Players Under 13
CoachCommand is built for youth sports. The accounts are created and managed by coaches and parents — kids don't sign up directly. By adding a player to your roster, you confirm you have the right to record information about that player for the purpose of coaching them.
5. Paid Plans
The Free plan is free. Paid plans (Pro Coach, Program) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
6. The Things We Have to Say
CoachCommand is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it'll be available 100% of the time or that it'll be free of bugs. If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the "Effective" date at the top and notify you by email if the change is material.
